Not necessarily help and advice from me but more a case of where to find the answer.
Recent updates are highlighted in red. If you know of anything that may be good to add to this please let me have details. My contact details are on this page.

BOOKS
'Run Strong' edited by Kevin Beck. Published by Human Kinetics.
Lots of good advice here on all aspects of training.
'The Lore Of Running' by Tim Noakes. Published by Human Kinetics.
I think this is a fantastic book which covers almost every aspect of running.
'Running Anatomy' by Joe Puleo and Dr Patrick Milroy. Published by Human Kinetics.
Another brilliant book from Human Kinetics, this one is an especially useful guide to strength training.
'Performance Nutrition For Runners' by Matt Fitzgerald. Published by Runner's World.
Another good book which I have found very useful.
'Long and Ultra Distance Off-Road Running' by Stuart Ferguson. Available in Up & Running shops. A very useful book if, like me, trail running doesn't come naturally.
'King of the Peds' by P. S. Marshall. A fantastic book about the rich Victorian history of ultra distance running.
'Tea With Mr Newton' by Rob Hadgraft. Very well written book about Arthur Newton - the ultra legend of the mid 20th century.
'Mental Training For Runners' by Jeff Galloway. Exceptionally easy to understand and it also appears to explain Tim Noakes concept of the Central Governor Theory.
